Super clean hotel at a reasonable rate. Location is great relative to the ISU campus and accommodations were overall fantastic. Super friendly staff that seemed ready to address any need. I appreciate the complementary breakfast and my only suggestion would be to offer a variety of different options for back to back stays. Already booked future dates for family and move in day. We were highly satisfied with our Sleep Inn stay. The design and decor was tastefully modern and refreshing! The poolside was small but provided a fine swimming experience. Plenty of breakfast choices were offered for the whole family, and the eggs were especially delicious! Last but not least, the staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly! We left our stay at Sleep Inn happy and looking forward to staying again!

Nearly brand new hotel with a gas station, pub, and bowling alley located in the parking lot. It's close to Iowa State College too. Lots of entertainment without driving. The breakfast is great and it has always been very clean. I will be back. ADVICE TO SHARE WITH OTHER TRAVELERS: In the words of Shia LaBeouf...Just do it!

Outstanding hotel stay. We were booked here for this event and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms were great. Neat and very clean. Breakfast was perfect. All amenities were in excellent order. We were in and out for a few days for the event at the University and had no trouble accessing the campus from this location as well as great food and fun right next door to the hotel.

Holy Cow! What a wonderful room we reserved for my birthday celebration and overnight stay. My friend and I had a great sleep and enjoyable breakfast while visiting Ames for a couple days. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The bedding was perfect AND we would definitely come back.
The service was great as I requested a first-floor room that was easyto enter so that we could bring in some heavy luggage. All other requests were also met, so thank you!
