West Glen And Jordan Creek In West Des Moines Is The Newest Sleep Inn & Suites Project For Hart
West Glen and Jordan Creek is the fastest growing shopping, dining and entertainment center in West Des Moines. Located in the southeast corner of Mills Civic Parkway and Interstate 35 will be the new Sleep Inn and Suites which is the 8th hotel owned and operated by the Hart Family Hotels. Additionally, this hotel will feature the new prototype for Sleep Inn and Suites.
Infrastructure work has already started with the utilities and the road access to the hotel construction site began in early June. Targeted completion date of this project is March 1, 2017.
Guest at the Sleep Inn & Suites will be just east of the Glen Oak Country Club and minutes away from the Jordan Creek Town Center – a popular shopping district. The surrounding area also boosts a movie theater, numerous restaurants along with various entertainment such as “Live at the Creek” FREE summer concert series from July to August.
Glen Oaks Country Club is located just west of the Sleep Inn & Suites. This course is designed by world renowned golf course architect Tom Fazio. Golfers will find it both beautiful and challenging. Glen Oaks is known for providing second to none golf course conditioning. The golf course is consistently ranked in the top 3 in the state of Iowa by Golf Digest and was ranked # 1 course in the state of Iowa in 2011. 3rd through August 28th, 2015.
Sleep Inn & Suites offers popular amenities for guests and the business traveler that include high speed internet and business center, large fitness center, workout area and pool, hotel vending area, wine and beer service, hot breakfast, and fast check-in and out services.
